Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you full control over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, set up email filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your email mailboxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just specify the email mailbox you would like to redirect emails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
